Tony Benger Landscaping provides a full commercial soft landscaping and grounds maintenance service for main contractors, construction companies, local authority and facilities management companies on sites across the South West.
With a sound financial structure and loyal customer base, year on year improvements have come from emphasis on high standards. A programme of investment in vehicles, plant and equipment ensures we are able to meet the challenges of a changing market. We are active members of BALI the British Association of Landscape Industries.
We take our Health and Safety responsibilities seriously and have appointed SSG Training and Consultancy as our H & S advisors. Through this organisation we undertake regular reviews of safe working practice and fully involve our staff in the safety process. We are also CHAS Accredited (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme).
Planning and investment in staff skills and individual development has been a key factor in the growth and success of the business. Our staff all hold current CSCS Cards and a high proportion have achieved landscaping qualifications. We regularly assess our employees’ training requirements and keep up to date with techniques, horticultural practice and equipment.
Our staff are fully involved in decision-making and contract planning - a vital element towards team success and one that has also proved to be motivating and rewarding.
